Abigail Jennings, president of Lake Norman Realty, announced today the opening of their sixth Lake Norman office. Located at 630 Williamson Road, the new office offers waterfront access for all Lake Norman Realty’s associates to provide clients the concierge experience of touring lake properties by boat.
Tracey Boy Bethune, with over 20 years of real estate leadership experience and currently Lake Norman Realty’s business development coach, will serve as Broker-in-Charge for the new branch. Yoko Stevens has been named Office Genius for the new location, bringing her 17 years of real estate administrative experience to the firm. “The Lake Crew” one of Lake Norman Realty’s top teams will also be moving to the new location featuring: Rich Tomasini, Eric McCauley, Nick Savovic, Marcus Benjamin, and Joan Tomasini. The new location offers additional private and semi-private offices for future growth as well.
The Williamson office will be the second Mooresville location for Lake Norman Realty. “Our flagship Mooresville office at 522 River Highway/Hwy 150 continues to be one of Lake Norman Realty’s most productive locations. Over the years, we’ve witnessed Mooresville continue to grow with a significantly strong housing market.
